MEGA MART’s history began in 1981, when Nongshim-Ga, a subsidiary of Nongshim, entered the supermarket business in South Korea. In 1995, the first MEGA MART opened in Busan, South Korea. Through continuous effort, research, and investment, MEGA MART has grown steadily and now operates multiple stores in South Korea.

In the spring of 2009, MEGA MART opened its first U.S. store in the heart of Gwinnett, Georgia, bringing its commitment to quality food and community-centered shopping to customers in the United States.

Today, MEGA MART continues to serve customers in the United States through its stores and online shopping services, offering a wide selection of quality groceries, Korean food, household essentials, and carefully selected products for everyday life.
