Store Pickup
Store Pickup is a service that allows customers to place an order online and pick it up at their selected MEGA MART store.
Parcel Shipping
Parcel Shipping is delivered via UPS. Shipping costs vary depending on delivery distance, package weight, package dimensions, and other carrier-related factors.
Store Pickup
Store Pickup is available for eligible online orders.
Pickup Fee: Free
Minimum Order Value: $20 before tax and fees
Pickup Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily

Customers may pick up their order during the available pickup window selected at checkout.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
Orders must be picked up at the selected store. Pickup availability, pickup times, and order minimums may vary depending on store operations and product availability.
Parcel Shipping
Parcel Shipping is available for eligible items and is delivered via UPS.
Shipping Carrier: UPS
Shipping Area: 48 contiguous states of the United States
Excluded Areas: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery distance, package weight, package dimensions, and UPS rates. Detailed shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in product prices.
Some fresh, refrigerated, frozen, or perishable items may not be available for parcel shipping.
Shipping Schedule
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Orders typically require 1–3 business days to prepare before shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States via ground service.
International shipping is not available.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on product type, temperature sensitivity, carrier limitations, or applicable laws and regulations.
If an order contains items that are not eligible for parcel shipping, the order may be canceled, adjusted, or limited to Store Pickup only.
Risk of Loss
Products purchased from the MEGA MART website will be shipped to the address designated by the customer, as long as the address is complete and complies with our shipping restrictions.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
MEGA MART is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information.
